Jean was exceptional and his service is always perfect! However, the loaner was disgusting. I found a bandaid in the door of the MDX, bottles under the seat, smudge substances on all doors and crumbles th However, the loaner was disgusting. I found a bandaid in the door of the MDX, bottles under the seat, smudge substances on all doors and crumbles throughout the front of the car armrest and dashboard. I advised the manager and he ignored my concern advising me that the turn over time was more important than the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle. This is not the first time the inside of a loaner has been dirty. The cleaning team is not taking the proper safety precautions with cleaning the vehicles that can cause the spread of bacteria and Covid-19. More

They did the work I requested and did it well. However they then came to me and said “We recommend you do these additional things” some of which were simple like replacing filters, after they already wash they then came to me and said “We recommend you do these additional things” some of which were simple like replacing filters, after they already washed it and handed me the keys. If they approached me earlier I would have approved it. Now the work will wait until my next visit. It was a missed opportunity for the dealer and I’m driving around with dirty filters. Lose-Lose. More
