We went to Handy today with little expectation of buying a car. We had previously used a different Toyota dealership but handy had a car we were interested in and we decided to give it a try. Our salesman, Jean Marie was friendly but not pushy at all. He made the numbers work for us and we decided to buy the car. It was actually much easier than usual. We will be back to Handy. More

We purchased a 2017 Tacoma about a month ago, and you must know of our experience!! First of all, vehicle shopping is just short of a nightmare for us!! We dealt with Jean Marie who was so unbelievably helpful. Any question we had, he had the answer to! He was friendly, not pushy, let us feel our way, which made it so easy! He totally changed our feelings of vehicle shopping, to which I never thought was possible! We surely hope you appreciate him, he is a wonderful asset to your company! A definite 5 star rating for the whole experience!! More

I purchased my 2020 Tacoma from Jean Marie, an honest and very helpful young man. He helped me get a fair deal. Sam Farrar, sales manager had the truck delivered to my home at no additional cost which is abo very helpful young man. He helped me get a fair deal. After talking with Jean Marie I cant say enough good things about Handy's Toyota! I felt no pressure at all to buy the used Jeep i went in to look at. After talking with Jean Marie Bugwiza, then taking the Jeep for a drive I wanted to take it further and see how my trade would fair and what my payment might be. After some really easy negotiations, in my favor, i decided to purchase it. The financing was super smooth and went through without any issues.I will honestly recommend them to all my friends and family, I'm impressed! More

The biggest problem I had here was paperwork, some things that were supposed to be mailed overnight were never delivered. Luckily stars aligned on my end and I was eventually able to get into my truck. Love it so far, hopefully handy care is all I hope it is. More
