My husband was looking for a used car, he found an Acura TL that he was interested in. It was located at Marin Acura, Since we live in the valley he called them to get more information on the Acura, they to TL that he was interested in. He liked what he heard so he asked them what they could do to help him qualify for the car. since we lived two hours away from them he did not want to make a trip over there if he would not be able to qualify for the car. They told him to give them a little time to see what they could do, and that they would call him back in hour, and they did. they told him the deal that they could do for him with a low payment and a good intrest rate. So he told them that he wanted the car but that it would take us a couple of hrs to get there, they said no problem. When we got there they had the car ready for my husband to test drive it. After his test drive and him decideng that he wanted the car for sure, they did not waste any time in get the papers signed so that way we could be out of there soon since we had a two hour drive home. My husband and I normally do not enjoy buying cars and dealling with car sellsmen but this time we do not feel that way the staff at Marin Acura was so kind and thoughtful that we will shop there again, and we gladly recomend them to any one who wants to buy a new or used car. The car my husband bought from them is great we both love it. My thanks to them for the kindness they showed we didnot feel like we were just another sell. More

We would actually like to thank you for your management of such an excellent dealership. We had purchased an Acura from your dealership many years ago and since that time purchased another Acura from a de of such an excellent dealership. We had purchased an Acura from your dealership many years ago and since that time purchased another Acura from a dealer local to our area. We tried our local dealership and were not satisfied with our interaction. We then decided to call your dealership - even though you are over 2 hours away! I spoke with Michael Gafford by phone and we were able to purchase a new 2012 TL in about 10 minutes. It was amazing. Mr. Gafford asked what our requirements were and listened very carefully. He then told me what he could do to meet our needs as closely as possible. I had a sense that I could have asked for a slightly lower price, but did not do so because Mr. Gafford had been fair and worked to meet my needs to the best of his ability. He was "worth" any difference in price we might have gained. Mr. Gafford also delivered on each and every commitment he made to us. When he said he would call back - he did. When we arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready and also the promises he made on price were all accurate. He also introduced to every member of the dealership that would be assisting us. He looked after our comfort and met the timelines we had set. He also welcomed us with a hug and made sure everything came off expertly. Our next pleasure was when he introduced us to Steve Kerekesh. Steve made us feel we had made a perfect choice. He expressed pleasure at having driven our car from another dealership and assured us our vehicle was in perfect shape. He showed us our car with excitement and informed us about every option and feature. He very professionally worked on our paperwork and explained anything we required. But what we liked best was how personable and warm Steve was to us and our son. The highest compliment that I can pay him is that I found it hard to leave the dealership and would have liked to have dinner with him and your wonderful staff. Lastly, but certainly no less amazing, was Jean-Pierre Kabbara. He quickly and expertly worked with us on the financial aspects of the sale. He was warm and funny and it was painless. In fact it was pleasant. I have never been in a car dealership like this and hope I will not have to visit another. I will be buying another car within the next year and will now find an Acura at your dealership rather than deal with another business (and I love my Volvo, so this is saying a lot). I do not frequently write letters of this sort, since my life is overly busy, but in this case it just needed to be done. We were excited to see a business (we have our own business too) run in the way it is being run. It defies the normal car buying experience and makes it pleasant and, sincerely, we feel we have made new friends (old friends). My last comment is this: Many years ago my husband was in law school and we bought an Acura Integra from your dealership. After my husband reminded me of this - we remembered that I sent Kevin on a bus to get his new car. It is likely that I was working and could not take him. We remembered that the salesman picked my husband up at the bus station and brought him to your dealership to pick up his new car. Now that was service then and your business offers the same quality service now! It is rare and we are appreciative. If you can reward the members of your staff, we hope you will do so. They are invalueable members of your organization. While you may be thanking us - we wish to again thank you for such a positive and pleasing visit to your dealership. More

Mike, Steve, Jean-Pierre were excellent. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with typical car sales people as they mostly rub me the wrong way. Car buying can be a challenging experience but Marin Acura does a superior job with making the process easy. The staff is professional, positive, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Had a great experience working with Steve. Highly recommended in that he was patient with your decisions, was never pushy or demanding, and let the car (MDX) speak for itself. Was true to his word throughout the buying process. JP and Julius did a fine job with getting the right rate and price. They're willing to work it out so all are happy with the deal. Highly recommended to all looking to buy a new car. Even if you're not sure of a particular model or have Acura on your list, stop on by and check out what they have to offer. The customer service definitely made our decision process that much easier to go with Acura. More

The sales team, including Mike, worked with us to provide the best possible price on the new car and on our trade in so that we could afford to move forward with the purchase of the MDX. Jean-Pierre got us the best possible price on the new car and on our trade in so that we could afford to move forward with the purchase of the MDX. Jean-Pierre got us an excellent rate and Steve was patience with us and reviewed all the "bells and whistles" on the car. When I got home I didn't even need to refer to the owner's manual he did such a through job. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and patient. They were very informative and made our experience well worth it. More

I highly recommend this dealership, salesperson, Robert "Race" Acevedo and their finance manager, Jean Pierre. They are a top notch team that exceeded my expectations in every way. Absolutely the best car-buying experience I have ever had. All the staff were geniunely interested in providing outstanding customer service. Gave me a great deal on a 2011 MDX. I usually dislike dealing with dealerships due to some bad experiences both personal and stories from friends. I talked to Ben regarding price on a TL but i was still wary due to dealers adding fee's and bad experiences both personal and stories from friends. I talked to Ben regarding price on a TL but i was still wary due to dealers adding fee's and upping the agreed upon price. But when i got there he was very professional and he sat me down with edmund to start with paperwork. It all went very well. Ben kept his word and edmund and jean-pierre were easy to talk to and work with. They helped me feel relaxed and reassured me that no 'tricks' will be played and were true there word. All in all it was a great buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership. The customer service was great and the customer service alone was worth the slightly higher price at Marin Acura. More

We originally came here because of the amazing price we were quoted over the phone. Not only was that price honored, we were exceptionally impressed by the way we were treated by every member of this team were quoted over the phone. Not only was that price honored, we were exceptionally impressed by the way we were treated by every member of this team. Everybody we met had a role, and everything was completely seamless to us. We could not have been better taken care of, and that's saying a lot of a car dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody looking for an Acura. More
