Bob Lussier is kind, thoughtful and remembers how technology savvy we are. He works with us for a great deal and always provides transparency. The financing dept is also amazing. They get through the paperwork in such a speedy time. Plus, they always tell us about different financing options. This time around (for the limited edition Star Wars Rogue) he brought a new financing option that saved us more money and no extra work on our end. I am so excited to have one of two of these Rogues that Gates received. More

I went into the Nissan building first, I was greeted by Tara who was extremely friendly and professional. She walked me over to the Buick building( I was referred to Bob from a friend). When we walked into that building Thomas greater me and brought me over to Bob's desk. The feeling of friendliness and genuine hospitality is pervasive through out the building. If you are looking for a vehicle and want knowledgeable friendly people to help you navigate the ins and outs of car buying, I highly recommend the gates team! More

All problems were addressed by Gates Service (Jeanna and Tim) in a timely and efficient manner. Therefore, through Gates initiation, I met and got to know Mark Koblanski and trade in my 2014 Rogue for a 2016 Rogue. Mark was personable, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and understanding. Mark's knowledge of the product and his presentation was terrific and I'm sure I will call on him again in the future. I'd also like to thank Chris Messier for being so outgoing and helpful when handling my financial processing. Overall, a great experience!! More
