Gates GMC Nissan responded

Spoke with Bill our service manager this afternoon to get an idea as to what took place. The customer came in October 15th 2015 for a recall. While the car was here her 2002 Sentra with an odometer reading of 168,660 had a ABS light come on. It was an unfortunate instance and the customer feels we deliberately triggered the light to come on. With that obviously not being the case we did go above and beyond by not charging the diagnostic charge plus we also covered an over night rental again at no charge. The result of the diag was the car needed a right front ABS sensor. The cost to repair the sensor was $500 and the customer declined to move forward with the fix.
