Extended Family A week ago I feel in love with my new red suv. Referred by jeanna z. To Paul Mazza, I was in great hands. Paul was very intentive to what I was sayi A week ago I feel in love with my new red suv. Referred by jeanna z. To Paul Mazza, I was in great hands. Paul was very intentive to what I was saying, and heard me 100% word for word. Later that night when I was filling out the paperwork, all the members from Gates took it upon themselves to introduce themselves to me & offer me water. I told Paul my current car has no brakes so he made it very possible to put dealer plates on the SUV and let me drive it home that night. when I came back to transfer the plates, Paul let me borrow his personal car so I could go to & from work that day. I would say the hospitality at Gates is definitely one of a kind. I Encourage anybody who's looking for a new car to make that their new One Stop Shopping place. More

Not Honest Brought my car in for a recall. They kept it a week and gave me no rental car for that time. When I picked up my car the ABS light was on I asked why Brought my car in for a recall. They kept it a week and gave me no rental car for that time. When I picked up my car the ABS light was on I asked why because it wasn't on when I brought it in. They basically called me a liar and wanted to charge me $500 dollars to fix it!! They were working on the brakes near the ABS. My big Concern WHY IF IT WAS ON WHEN I brought it in NOBODY MENTIONED IT TO ME OR TOLD ME ABOUT IT. Service Department has gone WAY DOWN at Gates. They used to be great but not now. More
