I have never had a Subaru before. I read up on the Forester and the Outback and came to your dealership to check them out . Jean Marie greeted us warmly and helped us out . I went for a test drive and was very impressed at how smooth and comfortable the ride was ..Everyone was so friendly and helpful and when I picked up the car it was done quickly and I wasn’t there all day . I have left 3 messages with Matt, and sent two e mails and nobody has contacted me about this issue. I have recommended the purchases of 23 new Subaru cars since 2006 and have been given a gift for my referral. This dealership ignores people that give them business, I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER AND IF THEY CAN'T EVEN ANSWER INQUIRIES, WHAT GOOD ARE THEY? More

Buying a car should leave you feeling victimized! Our salesman was abusive, controlling, and nasty. He had to pick up the sale mid deal as my original saleswoman was on a leave of absence, and I thin Our salesman was abusive, controlling, and nasty. He had to pick up the sale mid deal as my original saleswoman was on a leave of absence, and I think that made him less interested. He insisted that after the car was delivered, because the dealership was too busy the day of delivery, we must come back and listen to his additional sales pitch. He did not fax over my window sticker and bill of sale to my insurance company as promised, simply out of spite. Nor did he provide the window sticker to me so I could send to insurance! Even 3 months later, when asked for the fax confirmation, he hung up on me! I have bought 3 Outbacks and took my sister to buy her first Subaru at Hassett. Not to mention 9 years of using their service department for all the service requirements. Due to this miserable experience, I will not return! More

Well she made my decision easy I came into this dealership while being indecisive over Subaru or Ford. After this experience, it was clear to me that Ford was the better choice.
