Owners Jeanne & Bill Brewer set the tone for high level customer service and treating every customer like family. Dwight Rogers is the consummate professional and hospitable manager. This time the transfer of my new 2020 TLX was handled by Addy Avalos and she was knowledgable, efficient, warm and thorough. Everything was extremely well organized and presented to me, with all options explained to help me make the best decisions. I never felt rushed but was given time to carefully ponder over things. I left very happy and peaceful with a wonderful deal! I am thrilled now with my new car after turning my ‘99 Acura Integra in that very day also after nearly 20 years and over 283,000 miles!! It was still running strong but I wanted a new car. : ) I bought my ‘99 from this dealership also, Acura of Glendale, and had all my service done over the years there which was always excellent, thorough and so friendly!
