I wish I could put them at a 3.5. The reason why I say 3 is because of my mental experience in the dealership. The day I walked in I made sure I walked out with a car but it was very stressful on the amount is because of my mental experience in the dealership. I am grateful I now have my vehicle I just feel like they need more organization because no one should have go through mentally being drained. Granted Jordan M, Addison, and Jeff helped me out as much as possible, but Renee is the reason fort his 3 star rating. More

This was my second lease from LMH. The best thing is they ask me questions and then show me what I want to buy and not what they need to move off the lot. Amazing experience from the start with an online inquiry. Answered my questions in a timely manner. Matt was the gentleman that took me for a test drive and helped me ensure the specific car was exactly what I wanted to go with. (The original color I wanted had sold before I got there sadly, but I had other options). Every one was very transparent throughout the process which is unlike any treatment I experienced at any other dealerships in the area. Paperwork was streamlined and simple. Matt walked me through every step of the process and informed me of how long my wait may be for the finance manager etc....I never once felt pressured to buy which is the benefit of them not working on commission. I WANTED to buy from LHM Hyindai because of how pleasant to work with they were.. between my husband and I this was our 6th or 7th new vehicle and this process seemed to be the best one we've had. Matt learned I knew about a lot of the features of my new car already but he still ensured that my phone was connected, the app was working, android auto was good, and sent me videos of various features too just to make sure I had everything. I have nothing bad to say about this place, maybe aside from having to wait for my weather tech floor mats 😆 but with covid and all I wasn't surprised. Dealership was nice and clean, bathrooms actually smelled good, overall just an amazing pleasant experience all around. Thank Matt and the rest of the Hyundai team that helped me out with my purchase, there ended up being many of you - Matt, Loren, Jason, Dshon, Jeff, and those the detailed my car too - I appreciate you guys! These guys tell you straight up the don't make money on the car itself but on volume and service--- so the buying process was very enjoy our new car.
