I began my career in the automotive industry in February 2015 and have proudly been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett family for the past nine years. Born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve always appreciated the strong sense of community here — something that Subaru of Gwinnett embodies every day. My wife and I are raising three amazing kids — two daughters (8 and 4) and a son (6) — along with a couple of lovable rescue pups who keep things lively at home. Fun fact: my family is currently on Subaru #7, and we love taking our Subarus off-roading whenever we can! What I enjoy most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the incredible culture and the many opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. It’s a place that truly feels like home.

Infotainment center I had my oil change and maintenance check on March 5th. I asked for the radio/blue tooth/ etc center to be checked as it will randomly drop blue toot I had my oil change and maintenance check on March 5th. I asked for the radio/blue tooth/ etc center to be checked as it will randomly drop blue tooth calls. The radio will also randomly switch from USB to radio to CD on it's own. And will sometimes freeze and not work at all. Or it will show "media loading" for 5-10 minutes. An update was done at the time of the service to see if it would help. It did not, I had a phone call drop from the blue tooth back to the phone within minutes of leaving the service center. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and can not just drop in and keep annoying the service center over this. My biggest complaint about this situation is looking at my invoice later and seeing "further diagnosis may be needed at an additional charge". I think this is unfair since the car came this way. Took twice as long as stated in the letter. The time that it took was twice what was stated in the letter and then they could not find my car for over 15 minutes, again.
