I began my career in the automotive industry in February 2015 and have proudly been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett family for the past nine years. Born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve always appreciated the strong sense of community here — something that Subaru of Gwinnett embodies every day. My wife and I are raising three amazing kids — two daughters (8 and 4) and a son (6) — along with a couple of lovable rescue pups who keep things lively at home. Fun fact: my family is currently on Subaru #7, and we love taking our Subarus off-roading whenever we can! What I enjoy most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the incredible culture and the many opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. It’s a place that truly feels like home.

They did what they said they would and washed my car too. I did not have to babysit the process, I scheduled the appointment easily. I love the people who work here! Yesterday, I parked my car and came back 10 minutes later and all my car’s electricals, including my key fob, were dead. I called the Subaru roadside Yesterday, I parked my car and came back 10 minutes later and all my car’s electricals, including my key fob, were dead. I called the Subaru roadside folks to charge it or tow it, charge worked and I am was able to get to Subaru of Gwinnett. When I pulled up to their service bay, Jeff met me and called me by name. He also let me know I had 3 more days on my warranty! Yikes! AJill came to say Hi while I was waiting which was appreciated. After replacing my battery (for free!) their techs also performed a once over on my car (all was well) and I drove away with a washed and healthy car. Great techs (koodos to Jeff), phenomenal service manager Jill, and that 36,000 mile/3 year warranty is true to its word. No hassles at all. Surprised? Not really. Subaru and Subaru of Gwinnett are trustworthy and know what customer service is all about. More

Staff was ready for me and I waited less than 30 minutes to revive a loaner vehicle (which was nice) and was on my way. Service to my car was thorough. Communication to me was excellent and my car was clean and running right when I picked it up. More
