This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. Very helpful and informative. The car wasn't fully charged so they gave us a loaner to take home and delivered our new car the next day. This is my 2nd time going to this location my 1st experience was great so I came back to purchase a bigger luxury 2025 SUV, 1st car was a 2014 Forte. Stephanie was great, she did not pressure me or i experience was great so I came back to purchase a bigger luxury 2025 SUV, 1st car was a 2014 Forte. Stephanie was great, she did not pressure me or ignore me when i wasnt interested in something. What she did was listen to what i wanted, needed and my deal breakers and she make it work. She is awesome. JT was funny and friendly he also made this day go smoothly. Jeff made the numbers work and payments is where i needed it to be. Everyone was amazing that we crossed. Jeff was friendly, responded quick each time I asked a question. Jeff also followed up to make sure we were happy and liked the decision we made.
