Several years ago I walked into Ford of Londonderry after having several extremely poor experiences with other Ford dealerships in the area. Tom Doyle quickly greeted me and in less than an hour I had taken having several extremely poor experiences with other Ford dealerships in the area. Tom Doyle quickly greeted me and in less than an hour I had taken a brand new F150 for a test drive and agreed upon a price for both the new truck and my trade in. Everything went extremely smooth, and I never felt any pressure to buy the truck. I remember thinking that "this is how car buying should be". Two weeks ago I was back at Ford of Londonderry to purchase my third vehicle from them. Every time I have been there the service has been exactly the same- excellent. I've dealt with Tom for all three of my purchases and he has always shown the utmost professionalism and knowledge about the entire Ford line. In fact every single person who I have dealt with at the dealership in addition to Tom- Jeff, Roger and Chuck, have been great. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone who is in the market for a new or used Ford. More

My wife and I have purchased MANY (too many) vehicles over the past 25 years. In fact, so many that we should have our mail delivered to the local Ford dealership here in town. When we first located this truck (2013 Ford Raptor), we made an appointment with Jeff, your internet sale manager, to come up and see it. We took the drive up, and were introduced to Kevin LaVoie. He was, by far, the most understanding , knowledgeable and easy-going person we have ever dealt with. This man is a true asset to your dealership, and I hope you realize how lucky you are to have someone like him wearing your dealer's name on his shirt. The other men we worked with, Roger & Chuck --- AMAZING PEOPLE. I can not say enough about the people you have working for you at your dealership. The entire experience, from start to finish, was incredible. WE WILL DEFINITELY be back. More

I started looking for a new car in Sept of 2010 and was interested in a Mustang. I contacted Jeff Brunini at Ford of Londonderry and began bombarding him with questions. Jeff answered, or found answers to interested in a Mustang. I contacted Jeff Brunini at Ford of Londonderry and began bombarding him with questions. Jeff answered, or found answers to every question I could come up with, even though I told him I wouldn't be interested in getting a car until spring of 2011. I finally ordered a 2012 Mustang GT late spring of 2011 and Jeff and Jim Nartiff kept me up to date through every step of the cars production process right up until delivery. When the car arrived they did a very thorough exam and found a small defect from the factory and explored several different options to fixing it, and they were 100% dedicated to making sure I was satisfied. My first car buying experience was in 1988, and I have to say, this was by far and away the single best car buying experience of my life. Jeff B and Jim N were exemplary salesman and really made buying a new car a pleasure. More

I have only bought a new car twice in my life. This was I have only bought a new car twice in my lif I have only bought a new car twice in my life. This was my third time and I found it to be a stress free experience. Everyone was very helpful and knew all about the vehicle I wanted a 2011 Ford Escape. They were straight forward with any questions I had about the vehicle and its price. I drove up from Wilmington Mass. because a friend from work recommended I go to Ford Of Londonderry and ask for Jeff Brunini. I have called a couple of times since purchasing the car with questions and Jeff and guys couldn't be more helpful. I also have an old 97 Ford Explorer which has seen its better days. When that car goes I will not hesitate to go back to Ford Of Londonderry again. More

This is my third Ford Explorer. I purchased the third one from Londonderry Ford in New Hampshire. It was by far the best purchasing experience I have had. The sales help were very knowledgeable, professional from Londonderry Ford in New Hampshire. It was by far the best purchasing experience I have had. The sales help were very knowledgeable, professional and willing to equip the car to my liking. I chose the Eddie Bauer edition and am very happy with it. I would encourage others to visit this dealership. More

There are a number of cliche's / jokes regarding both. In saying that, I can happily state that the staff (both on the sales and repair side) at Ford of Londonderry break those cliche's. My overall experience with purchasing and maintaining a car at FoL has been and will continue to be an educational and comfortable process. I have always felt that my sales associate and mechanic truly want what is best for me and my family. Because of this experience and comfort-level I will continue to be a loyal customer of FoL and recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. More

My experience at Ford of Londonderry was the best one that I have had ever purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greated with a smile and felt very comfortable walkin that I have had ever purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greated with a smile and felt very comfortable walking in to the dealership. Jeff showed me a coupld of different Fusions and was very patien with me until I found the one that was right for me. Jeff gave me a great price and did not play any games. When it came time for delivery, he went over all of the features and options and made sure I was comfortable with the SYNC system. I have already sent a few of my friends to Jeff and they too have bought. I can now see why Ford of Londonderry is the Presidents Award Winner for Ford. Keep up the good work. I love my Fusion!!! More
