Our expreience with Ford of Londonderry was amazing. Absolutely every one of our needs were meet every step of the way through this process. Jeff Brunini, our sale person, was extremely knowledgable and Absolutely every one of our needs were meet every step of the way through this process. My experience with dealing with Londonderry Ford began with my contact with Jeff Brunini on the internet. He emailed me and inquired what vehicle I was interested in. He set up a date and time with the with my contact with Jeff Brunini on the internet. He emailed me and inquired what vehicle I was interested in. He set up a date and time with the sales manager, Roger Tallini. Upon our arrival we met Roger and was introduced to Larry Rose a salesman. We drove 2 vehicles, both Ford Fusions. We were interested in a 4 cylinder and Roger was able to locate a Ford Fushion SEL with the features that we wanted. When the vehicle was located Roger and I negotiated a price. I was able to take advantage of the Ford rebates, which helped negotiate the deal. Larry Rose was very knowledgeable and friendly when we picked up our new car. He went over the books and explained the features of the vehicle including Syn features. Roger, Larry and Jeff stated that they were available at anytime for any questions that I have concerning the operation of the features on the vehicle. We appreciate the time and effort that went into this buying experience. We look forward to visiting Londonderry Ford to maintain our new vehicle. More

It was a great experince and a pleaseure to work with such knowledgeable staff.The dealership was clean and they explained everything they did to my vechicle. I was approached and treated courteously as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone working there seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and made me feel comfortable right away. Jeff Brunini was my sa walked in the door. Everyone working there seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and made me feel comfortable right away. Jeff Brunini was my salesperson. After seating me and getting me a cup of hot chocolate, he listened to my needs, my price restrictions, and came up with the car that was right for me. Once my credit was approved, another gentleman took me into a quiet office and helped me with my financing. Jeff then took me to my new car, where he showed me how to operate everything. He gave me his phone number and urged me to call him for any reason, with any issues I may have with the car. I plan on going to Londonderry for any other car needs and I will definitely refer them to my friends. More

An exceptional experience since purchasing our 2010 Taurus in May of 2010. From the time I asked Jeff if the car was available till the time I picked up my 2010 Fusion I can honestly say my experience with Ford of Londonderry was FANTASTIC. I worked with Jeff Brunini and Jim Nard the time I picked up my 2010 Fusion I can honestly say my experience with Ford of Londonderry was FANTASTIC. I worked with Jeff Brunini and Jim Nardiff and both were extremely courteous, informative and I particularly liked the low key sales approach. The advertised price on the car was VERY competetive and the first dealer offer was right in the ball park. There was very little negotation involved because of the fair first offer whcih was a far cry from the usual back and forth negotiating that makes car buying a real hassle in my opinion. When I picked up the car all the issues I raised at the time of the sales were address and the time Jeff spent with me going over some of the features of the car were greatly appreciated. I would and have highly recommended Ford of Londonderry to my friends.......KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS. More

Great place to buy a car! Ford of Londonderry listened to what I needed in a vehicle and helped me find the exact car I wanted. The entire car buying experience was stress free. This is my second vehicle from Ford of Londonderry and when my lease is up next year, I won't hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I am treated like a person and not a number every time I when my lease is up next year, I won't hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I am treated like a person and not a number every time I step through the door. I can't say enough about the service i receive. I have sent several friends to purchase vehicles from them and not one has ever said a bad word about them. Buying a vehicle isn't always the most pleasant experience, but I can truly say this dealership is extremely fair and honest. The service department is overly accomadating and each time i have had my vehicle serviced, i was able to get an appointment immediately. Overall, just a great experience. More

When I think about buying a new car, the first thing that usually comes to mind is how stressful the situation usually is. Dealing with the sales people, figuring out which car you want, what's the right pri usually comes to mind is how stressful the situation usually is. Dealing with the sales people, figuring out which car you want, what's the right price, haggling with the sales people etc. It's always, if I can be honest, a real pain in the ass, and it's almost never something you lok forward to. However, during my last purchase most of previous opinions have been reversed. Working with ford of Londonderry was to say the least, a very pleasant experience. My wife and I both agreed that we didn't feel pressured, and it was the easiest car purchase that we have ever made by a long-shot! A special thanks to the Londonderry staff and Jeffrey Brunini in particular whom we worked closely with to get this deal done. More
