I have been to many dealerships over the years and Ford of Londonderry provided by far the best overall buying experience by far. From the time I walked in and the initial contact with a very pleasant sale of Londonderry provided by far the best overall buying experience by far. From the time I walked in and the initial contact with a very pleasant salesperson, I felt very comfortable that I wasn't being "sold" a vehicle, more so trying to get the right fit, which ended up being a new Ford Edge which my wife loves. I can be skeptical when it comes to any business dealings, but I felt comfortable and at home at Ford of Londonderry. From the initial test drive, and believe me we drove a few, to finally deciding on one, the experience with the rest of the folks down the line was seamless. Getting a nice handshake and meeting with the General Manager of the dealership after the deal was done, doesn't happen everywhere. After a short time with the car, my wife had a self inflicted run in with concrete girder in a parking lot at 5mph, but there was damage to the door and fender and it was only a couple of months old. So I called the dealership and before I knew it she had a car to drive while their auto body shop went to work. In short order the car was complete and you would never know it had any cosmetic damage, looked as nice as when we first got it. So across the board, I can't help but recommend the dealership to friends, knowing they will be fully satisfied. Thanks again to everyone at Ford of Londonderry. Joe LoPilato More

I had done all the research beforehand and during our dealings Mr. Brunini was as up-to-date on everything as I was. It was comforting to know he takes as much pride as the customer themselves in getting his customer into the right vehicle for them. I have since been back for regular maintenance and must also compliment the service department. They are consistently friendly, courtious, and accomodating. My overall experience with had been nothing but pleasant and very helpful. I am a property manager in the area and I commute to work, so having my vehicle is extremely important. Anytime I've needed work done on my truck Mike Collotti in the service dept. has taken care of me without fault. All work is done correctly the first time, it's done quickly, and with a good price. When my truck is in the shop, I'm not working and he knows that. He and the service guys at Londonderry Ford have never disappointed. I've yet to purchase a vehicle from Londonderry Ford, but when the time comes for a new truck, you can be sure i'll look there first. I've spoken with Jeff Brunini many times about vehicles they have on lot and I use their rental fleet of vans frequently for different jobs, as well as personally, and you can't beat it. The price is great, and they always have one ready for me. Jeff is always ready and willing to help, and always has the information I'm looking for. Hands down a great team and great operation at Londonderry Ford. Would recommend it to anyone. More

I have worked with the same sales person and they make me feel like a valued customer each and every time I come to the dealership. I feel very comfortable following up with questions (usually something to do with the high-tech systems in my vehicles) and always receive a patient and thorough answer. I think the service department is also great, very accomodating and friendly. I get my oil changed, tires rotated and the occassional repair, all with great satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle! More

Our experience at Ford of Londonderry was fantastic. My wife and 2 young daughters 8 & 5 visited twice to look for a New explorer and both times all the staff was great. With young children it can sometimes been trying but the staff, Jeff and Chuck were great. They offered snacks and drinks for the kids, got them balloons and diverted there time with crayons and coloring books. I cant say how family friendly they were. Additionally, sales process was no pressure when we returned to purchase. Also upon delivery Jeff spent all the time needed to show us all the explorer's feature including setting up my wife's cell phone with the sync system. Good job I will come back and recommend anyone else too. More
