Excellent customer service. I had a very good experience working with Jeff on obtaining a vehicle. At first I was looking at a low mileage used pickup, but Jeff did extra work t I had a very good experience working with Jeff on obtaining a vehicle. At first I was looking at a low mileage used pickup, but Jeff did extra work to show that I could get a new one for not much more, due to the rebates. I think he also came in early on one of his days off for me to pickup the new vehicle. He also followed up for me when I did not receive the paperwork for the title and got that moving quickly. No hard sales just obviously interested and caring people, excited by the interaction with their newest friends. From the moment I met Jeff Boese the tone was set for a great experience. Chris Hay and Jeff Callies picked up the ball and off we were to see and drive several vehicles over several days of my sorting out Ford and other dealers products in my mind. Regardless of my time frame the Sill-Terhar team showed patience and product knowledge enabling me to reach the final decision.
