Fastest and Best Car Purchase Ever! I was hit by a car on March 20, 2016 which totaled my car. I walked away from an accident that could have taken my life. Having to go out and purchase a car at this time was the last thing I wanted to do. My husband called the Manly Honda dealership and spoke with Miguel the evening before we went to look at cars. Miguel assured us he would work with us. Upon our arrival the next morning, we were warmly greeted by Sergio. He told us that Miguel was off that day, but Miguel was on his way in to help us! Miguel came in to make sure everything went smoothly. We discovered the car we wanted was at a dealership two hours away, and Sergio drove there to bring it back for us! I have never received such good customer service from any dealership in my life. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Miguel, Sergio, Julie, Jeff, Brian, Dave and Patrick all work as a well organized team. We were not pressured in any way. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our car buying experience was not a chore but a pleasurable experience! We drove away from the dealership the same afternoon in my new 2016 Honda Civic Ex (with a great warranty, I might add)! Wherever we have gone in my new car, someone always asks where we bought it. We are happy to tell them about the great customer service we received at Manly Honda. Thank you to all who helped us! You really did make a difference! More

JD has always been there for my vehicle needs and if something is not right he will go the extra mile to take care of the car but most importantly make sure you the customer go home with a smile and satisfaction, Chris Navarro is the man! He sold me my 2016 Honda Accord and was extremely knowledgable. He made sure to go through all functions and aspects of my new car. Most importantly, he gave me his contact information should I have a question and or concern about my new car. Where do you find service like that? One answer, Manly Honda! (I have been to other dealerships and they don't even come close to that.) Hirbin, my service guy was great! I originally came in for a service to my Honda and he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was being done on my car. He was consistently checking in on me and had a great attitude. Last, but certainly not least, Beejan, he made finance a breeze. He is very clear and straight with you when it comes that department. It was a pleasure going through the process of finance where it usually can be a stressful one. I can't say enough about Manly Honda, A+ service, A+ customer relations, and A+ sales. I have purchased directly for myself and for my family members nothing but Honda vehicles in part because of this exceptional team of individuals. The cars are fantastic and the dealership presents them in absolutely the best way possible. I know the value I am getting and never do I worry that I may have made the wrong choice. You never feel handled or directed to purchase anything but the car that is right for you. I have lost count of the number of Honda vehicles purchased in total but counting my first one from another dealer many years ago I believe I am at 10. One of my daughters has purchased 4, Another has purchased 3, and 1 each for my other two children. My wife and I are working our way towards her next Honda, sorry Ford. Countless friends have taken my advice and purchased from Manly, all have come away happy with that choice. 5 Stars is not enough, some cars and dealerships rise above the rest, Manly Honda places the bar far above the competition.
