Breakdown that was a simple fix! My 2016 Accord has an oil sensor that misfired and caused my car to appear to have something far worse wrong with it! Ted K. and JD took care of me as My 2016 Accord has an oil sensor that misfired and caused my car to appear to have something far worse wrong with it! Ted K. and JD took care of me as usual! Ted ran a systems scan and was very good at doing explaining what could be the issue, he even ask a tech to explain it to me. Ted assured me that he would get the repair done a quickly as possible! Though the dealership was busy as usual was was uncertain on his assurance! JD made sure I had the ability to continue in my day and before the end of day, Ted contacted me letting know my car was repaired and explain the specifics to the issue. Just a note: I brought my car in a little after 1 pm and they had it fixed before 6p. Now that was fast! Thank you again Ted and JD for making yet another Manly experience an awesome one! Highly recommend and the only dealership I go to! More

The Best Vehicle Transaction I have ever had.. While searching for our first EV I came across Manly Honda. I contacted the dealership @ was referred to Tom Haidet, their EV expert. ( 707-484-2602 , Toms cell# ).I was offered an amazing lease on a pre-owned EV vehicle. The terms were beyond any thing any other company could offer and far above what I expected. To say the least i was blown away. I just received a 650.00 Level 2- 240v home charging unit from Leviton at no charge from Honda Motor Corp., Thru Manly Honda, no strings atttached. The entire transaction from first contact to lease signing was as easy of a process that i have ever had on ant vehicle purchase/ lease.. I would tell all friends and potential buyers of just not just an EV that Manly Honda in Santa Rosa Ca. treated us with the utmost respect @ Honesty that we as customers should expect. Response Only After Forceful Complaint My Honda Fit was recalled in February 2016 for a faulty Takata airbag. The recall notice promised a replacement by the end of the summer. Going into autumn, when I called Manly Honda's Service Department to protest Honda's failure to come thru and to keep me informed, my complaint was met with a false excuse that the service manager was "forbidden" to discuss the recall. Eventually, I was able to obtain action on my request for service through Manly Honda's General Manager, Jeff Dantzler. When confronted, Jeff did his best to remedy a bad situation; he quickly arranged for my car to receive the replacement airbag inflator. More
