Mercedes of Boston takes professionalism and thoroughness to the next level compared to other dealerships I deal with for our work vehicles. Our service advisors, Schneider & Jimmy, keep me informed and are to the next level compared to other dealerships I deal with for our work vehicles. Our service advisors, Schneider & Jimmy, keep me informed and are easily reached if I have questions. Our E-class wagon is always returned promptly and as close as possible to 'new' condition. The scheduled service visits are positive experiences with all my questions answered. Looking forward to buying our next Mercedes from them. More

Mercedes Benz of Boston continues to provide an exceptional experience when purchasing a used vehicle. After test driving a vehicle that I was initially interested in, I realized that it was not t exceptional experience when purchasing a used vehicle. After test driving a vehicle that I was initially interested in, I realized that it was not the right fit. Salesperson, Eric Ilchenko, assured me he would find me my perfect match. It was clear his goal was to find me a vehicle that met my criteria, rather than pushing me towards any particular make or model. Eric eventually found me exactly what I was interested in purchasing and enlisted the help of Albert Berisha from the Service Department to ensure the vehicle was 100%. Albert personally inspected the vehicle and reviewed its past service history. I credit the General Manager, Jeff Davis, in recruiting and training these outstanding employees that are huge assets to the company. Trust me, this is the 5th vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership in six years. I wouldn’t consider buying another car without the advice of Eric, Albert, or Jeff. More

Horrible customer service, to charge 199 for putting a battery in a vehicle without any prior consent is unacceptable. Notably - they offered to tow my car to their shop - and I bought my car there as we battery in a vehicle without any prior consent is unacceptable.
