After hearing the bad experience that my father inlaw had in the Interstate Ford’s Service Department he has asked me if I would leave a review on his behalf. I will start off by telling anyone who is readin in the Interstate Ford’s Service Department he has asked me if I would leave a review on his behalf. I will start off by telling anyone who is reading this my father inlaw is that kind old man who has always picked up a dozen donuts for the employees before entering a service department. This is not a bad review of how he was treated in the service department by an advisor, a review on the cost of a service, this review isn’t even on the amount of time that was spent in the service department. This is a review on the poor quality of service, attention to important details and the concern this is going to happen to other customers if this problem goes on un addressed. My father in laws previous visit to Interstate Ford resulted in a wheel left loose by the Service Department and had damaged the wheel studs and lug nuts. He was issued a loaner while they made the repairs and he had just thought the experience was just a mistake that could happen in any service department. On this visit for a second time the wheel was once again left loose. My father in law and wife didn’t make it very far from the Service Department before they could feel the shake and hobble of a loose wheel. When they returned to the service drive my wife got out and inspected the wheels until she came to one that she was able to remove the lug nut by hand, gave it to a service advisor. They then had the intentions of driving the vehicle to a lift unit my wife kindly pointed out that the wheel was loose enough it could fall off and further damage the vehicle. Then with no jack or anything to lift the wheel off the ground to ensure it was going to be properly secure to the vehicle they brought a tool out to once again improperly tighten the wheel. The technician then drove the vehicle to the back to re- inspect his work. After I heard of my father in laws experience and having spent over a decade in the dealership before going to a private company I decided it would be best to reinspect the work myself. As you will see in the photos I will post with this review the lug nuts went from loose to over torqued, distorting and damaging every lug nut on the vehicle. I couldn’t even begin to describe how tight every wheel was. If my father in law had a flat or any other need for removing his wheel he would’ve been left stranded with how maliciously tight the wheels were after being re-torqued. Furthermore while I was inspecting the damage to my father in laws vehicle I also came across one of the recommended repairs. “ Customers Shock Leaking” The shock was not leaking and this would have been an unnecessary repair at my father in laws expense. I am sorry to write such a lengthy review but I wanted to address my safety concerns to any other customers before they choose to use Interstate Ford. More

poor buying experience even poorer service Would not recommend buying from this dealership. I bought a use Ford Raptor from them and have had nothing but issues come up. I thought by buying a Would not recommend buying from this dealership. I bought a use Ford Raptor from them and have had nothing but issues come up. I thought by buying a Ford from a Ford dealership I would better off than going 3rd party...I was so wrong! Suspension was leaking (very pricey to fix on the Raptor), whining coming from engine and 4x4 check light only a few days after I drove off the lot. Only more issues came up in the months to come but that is some-what expected for a used truck. From my interaction with their service department I would not recommend them either. They were unprofessional and not trustworthy. One service employee would tell me X the other would tell me Y then they were upset with me for their lack of communication. I would not recommend them. If you absolutely must buy from them get a 3rd party inspection for the vehicle and avoid their service department at all costs! Do not trust anything they say to you unless it is in writing so you can hold them accountable. More

I’ve been doing business with Interstate Ford for years now and have never had a bad experience. Their Service department is the best in the industry in regards to customer service and timely service per now and have never had a bad experience. Their Service department is the best in the industry in regards to customer service and timely service performance. If you’re looking for a reliable dealership to service your Ford vehicle, I would highly recommend Interstate Ford of Dacono. More

Murphy and Josh They were very helpful, polite, and kind in replacing my wiper blades at the end of their day. Interstate Ford is the best Just purchased my 8th new vehicle and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the no pressure atmosphere from Daniel in sales. I just tell him what Just purchased my 8th new vehicle and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the no pressure atmosphere from Daniel in sales. I just tell him what I want and he finds it for me and delivers the best price possible without the back and forth haggling and trips to the mysterious manager in the back. Financing is quick and easy to understand as they present you with your options, let you decide and get you on your way in record time. They always go over the car with you before you leave to make sure you are familiar with the new gadgets and answer any questions. I've always been able to pick up the phone and get answers to any questions that may arise afterwards also. It's nice to have one place I can go to for all my vehicle needs whether it's to buy a new one or repair an old one Interstate Ford is second to none and I will never go anywhere else.
