Everytime I would call to get an update I could tell I was prompting them to inquire themselves. No urgency it seemed. Final detailing was a bit spotty. Could not tell me when the car was serviced last. Couldn't tell if they put the right oil in for the car. They forgot to follow through with a driver door handle part. More
