He is super knowledgeable about the Lincoln line and made sure we understood all the bells and whistles that the car was equipp subsequent purchase. I purchased my 2024 Nautilus from Jeff and Paul after a very bad experience at Team Lincoln. My faith in the brand was almost lost when I happen to go into Findlay Lincoln. I asked this guy on the point if they sell cars here. Paul, my salesman responds... of course we do. So I explained that the other dealership NEVER called, texted or emailed back after my visit. 10 minutes later, Paul had me on a test drive. 10 minutes after that, just about closing time, he introduced me to Jeff who basically met my expectation almost immediately after meeting. Both of these guys are exemplary people and made my day as I really wanted one of these brand new models. I didn't just lease this vehicle at Findlay. I will lease my Lincolns to come as well from these two guys. The entire car deal was painless and simple. Jeff and Paul deserve a bouquet of roses. More

I had purchased cars from Alan Rothenberg and also Jeff Lamper previously, so they both worked together on this sale. A totally wonderful and very easy experience from making the appointment for a test drive to sighing the purchase documents. Highly recommend Findlay Lincoln in Henderson, Nevada’s AutoMall and either Alan Rothenberg or Jeff Lamper as salesmen. More

I have been disappointed in my car not getting set up correctly. I have gone there three times now and the radio still gets disabled back to am even though I set it on Spotify. Also I was told that I can bring my car in to get it washed and asked to have it washed while it was there for service. It was a very bad job and don’t want to do it again. No one came out to make sure everything looked good and I didn’t notice it until I got home. I’m also still waiting for a check that I have in writing for $1,500 for the last two payments on my Jaguar. I did not know it would be mailed to me and each time I ask about it, I’m promised it’s being mailed out but still don’t have it. More
