A totally wonderful and very easy experience from making the appointment for a test drive to sighing the purchase documents. I have been disappointed in my car not getting set up correctly. I have gone there three times now and the radio still gets disabled back to am even though I set it on Spotify. Also I was told that I can bring my car in to get it washed and asked to have it washed while it was there for service. It was a very bad job and don’t want to do it again. No one came out to make sure everything looked good and I didn’t notice it until I got home. I’m also still waiting for a check that I have in writing for $1,500 for the last two payments on my Jaguar. I did not know it would be mailed to me and each time I ask about it, I’m promised it’s being mailed out but still don’t have it. More
