Like myself, most buyers already know which car they are there to buy. No pressure to upgrade or buy up. There was only one Finance guy in the building. He visually and verbally seemed exhausted with his job. Very monotone and robot like during the entire process. Appeared to need backup or time off, but got thru the process. He was pushing more upgrades and warranties than the Salesman! - this was awkward. More

Showed up to Muller Acura with the only intention of looking at a car. Lance meet me at the door. He was very nice, and no pressure what so ever. The car was a 2025 Integra. He offered a great price, bu looking at a car. Lance meet me at the door. He was very nice, and no pressure what so ever. The car was a 2025 Integra. He offered a great price, but I do not do things on impulse. I said if I come back tomorrow at 1400, I'll want to test drive it. So I returned the next day, test drove it, and was happy. I countered the offer, which was countered again, and I accepted. The finance guy was Jeff very nice and easy to talk to. The the product specialist Justine came out and gave us the low down on the features. What a great human being he is. Very nice, humble and easy going. This is the 1st new car that I have bought without feeling like I got screwed. I highly recommend everyone mentioned here. More
