I was there for all of maybe 3-4 hours and left same day with the vehicle I came to test drive! That meant a lot to me considering he knew I didn't want to waste anytime and wanted to leave with the truck I wanted. He had things lined up for easier process. He was great and funny. I had a few minor issues in finance and Jeff helped me get through them and understand. he did not let me leave without understanding the terms of my finance paperwork. He was awesome! I loved how he made me understand in my terms what I was signing. More

John was easy to work with and wasn't pushy like most others at other dealerships are. They gave me a trade in price higher than 3 other dealers had and the price of the car I bought was listed priced ve others at other dealerships are. They gave me a trade in price higher than 3 other dealers had and the price of the car I bought was listed priced very fair (before trade in) after I had done extensive research. The finance guy, Jeff, was very helpful when it came to helping me with fixing my title on my trade in as well. I traveled over 300 miles to do business with this dealership because they treated me the best and gave me the best deal! More

I had a great experience with my Acura MDX purchase at the muller woodfield acura. Both Lance and Jeff were great and very helpful. We were so thankful our exhaustive search for a new car finally led us to the Acura MDX at Muller’s Woodfield Acura! After several weekends of being tricked into other dealerships with false pricing and av finally led us to the Acura MDX at Muller’s Woodfield Acura! After several weekends of being tricked into other dealerships with false pricing and availability of what we were in the market for, and sitting with other salesmen who didn’t know anything about their vehicles, we thought we’d try one more place before giving up for a while. What a great decision, as we went to Muller’s and we were greeted by Lance Dailey who had the exact car with the exact features we were looking for, at the price range they advertised! No gimmicks, or tricks, instead Lance had the car out front, heated seats on, ready for the best test drive we ever experienced. Lance actually knows all the features of what he is selling and walked us through it all in such a simple and pleasant way! That is how you sell a car! We couldn’t be happier with our new Acura MDX! Lance was a fantastic sales leader throughout our buying process. We went to him during the summer looking for an MDX after four terrible experiences with four different Hyundai dealers, originally searchi process. We went to him during the summer looking for an MDX after four terrible experiences with four different Hyundai dealers, originally searching for a GV80. Enter Lance, who was a consummate professional, never pushed the sale, answered all our questions, and was genuine in his interest in Acura cars, and the history of the brand (way to go Muller for the model Integra by the waiting room). Having had a 2015 TLX most recently, Our experience with Lance reminded us of the reasons we went with an Acura to begin with. While it took many months to secure the exact trim and color combo of an MDX we wanted due to the pandemic-driven supply chain issues, Lance was always transparent upfront with what he could do, and exactly what we should expect, which is all we ever wanted when looking for a new car. He also helped us get a good price for our TLX as a trade in, and made it a quick and obvious decision to figure out if we were going to keep the car or trade in. All around, we highly recommend working with Lance, and hope to do so again in the future when looking for another car. He sets a high bar for a sales leader during a time when dealers have every incentive to treat customers like another number - it’s clear he takes pride in his profession and it certainly made THE difference for us. More
