I am originally from Chickamauga, Georgia. I moved to the Atlanta area to attend Kennesaw State University and ended up in the car business after school. I lived in Atlanta for 12 years and moved back to the Chattanooga area in 2009. I started in the car business in 2000 and have made it my career. I have a 12 year old daughter that is my world!

I needed both of my cars oil change Cheve Equinox and Trax 2020. I set up an appt brought both cars in. Jeff Haney checked me in I handed over the keys and he took it from there. Jeff and the guys in the Trax 2020. I set up an appt brought both cars in. Jeff Haney checked me in I handed over the keys and he took it from there. Jeff and the guys in the garage got me in and out within in an hour (two cars being serviced). My family was able to enjoy the rest of our Saturday. Jeff Haney always exceeds my expectations! Great customer service at all times. Great Work! More

I am usually very pleased with my service with Mountain View Chevy. But this time I had an issue. After picking up my car I drove straight home and pulled into the garage. Next morning there was o View Chevy. But this time I had an issue. After picking up my car I drove straight home and pulled into the garage. Next morning there was oil in the garage floor. Made a mess. It doesn’t look like it is leaking now. But we can’t be prefect every time. Only issue I have ever had. Thanks, and have a blessed day. More

The salesman's maybe great but the service department is the bad. Just like integrity gmc and chevy. Wife waited almost 3 hours for a oil change and fuel filter. And come to to find out they didn't put oil the bad. Just like integrity gmc and chevy. Wife waited almost 3 hours for a oil change and fuel filter. And come to to find out they didn't put oil back in her vehicle and may not have even changed the fuel filter. It is a 2.8 diesel engine that had 12k on it that we almost had to replace. The service department would not own up to it even though I had pics and proof, wouldn't even offer to do a oil change at no cost. So I did it myself and the fuel free even though they charged me for both. Just watch all delears service departments especially mountain view and integrity! More
