The importance of relationship I've always harbored a sense of apprehension when visiting car dealerships. I guess being reduced to an "up" is sort of dehumanizing, particularly whe I've always harbored a sense of apprehension when visiting car dealerships. This is certainly not the case with Jeff Harley & John Chou of Ferrari of San Francisco. The five or so hours My fiancée and I spent with these gentlemen were the most relaxed, informative and genuine I've ever spent with car dealership personnel. In fact, I spent the flight back to Los Angeles & the next 48 hours basking in both the excitement of my purchase and the excellent service provided by Jeff & John; in fact, Jeff seems more a friend than a sales consultant. Over the past few years we have dealt with everyone here from management/sales and service and have never been disappointed. I have been to many dealerships but this the only one would recommend. The ordering/purchasing experience is so exciting knowing that a such a beautiful car is being built to your own specifications!
