Jeff joined Ferrari of San Francisco in August of 2013 as a sales consultant. He grew up in Philadelphia and went on to study at the University of Delaware where he majored in marketing and minored in economics. Jeff moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2004 and has been involved in the high-end automobile industry ever since. Selling Porsche’s for a 7 year period allowed Jeff to hone his product and customer satisfaction skills which are absolutely vital for this very demanding exotic market. His dedication to providing the highest level of customer service has offered him success in this business and will continue to do so in the future.

Thanks to the SF team for my fantastic new FF! I just purchased my first 12cyl Ferrari and it is awesome!!!. The sales crew understated just how good the FF really is. I just want to say thank you to everyone here! This is our 5th Ferrari with SF Ferrari but my first one (that was not my husbands or for the family). I have to say the whole experience is amazing and All of the people here are awesome! Over the past few years we have dealt with everyone here from management/sales and service and have never been disappointed. I have been to many dealerships but this the only one would recommend. The ordering/purchasing experience is so exciting knowing that a such a beautiful car is being built to your own specifications! All Ferrari's are all beautiful works of art that are hard not to want to drive every second you can. I want to say Thank You, Mark, James, Michael, Emmanuel, Jeff and Tom. You guys are awesome!!! My Lifetime Car Dream Finally Realized I had driven a 430 and a 458 a year ago. I settled on the 458. This year, for my 50th Birthday, I drove up to Ferrari of San Francisco to finalize my childhood and adult car dreams. I can't say enough good things about Mark and Jeff. On both occasions they took their time and patiently explained the facets and nuances of the 430 and the 458. Jeff did a very nice check out ride. I am a mega car enthusiast. I have visited hundreds of car dealerships. I count many friends of mine who are car dealers. My daily read includes a steady diet of car magazines. I can say without a doubt that this was my most pleasant car purchasing experience. I also can't wait to look at the 458 each day and drive it as much as possible. It is without a doubt the crowning achievement of my car acquisitions. Thank you Mark and Jeff for facilitating my car dream. More

Purchase of my 2014 458 Spider This is the 7th Ferrari that I have purchased and Jeff made this personal creation very enjoyable. We discussed what I like in a car and how I will u This is the 7th Ferrari that I have purchased and Jeff made this personal creation very enjoyable. We discussed what I like in a car and how I will use it. We then went to the simulator and viewed all of the options and how they would look. Jeff was very good at helping explain the options and why I might want to consider some over others. He never pushed but now that I have the car I can say he was right on. The order to delivery time was about four months and I was continually updated on status which only made me wish I could have been in Italy and watched. The delivery date was to be on a Friday and my son and I had planned our trip. The dealership will not let a car go if the car is not perfect and there was a problem with the Navigation that required a part from Italy. The call to me must have been one of the hardest but that is when I saw the entire team from service to dealership manager go into overdrive. They certainly could not control the problem but I can tell you they were my advocate and they not only took it all the way up but it was also clear to me that it was the Top Priority. It is easy to be good when everything goes as planned but their reaction to the unexpected said more than can be put in print. Problem solved in a couple of days and the car is incredible. I purchased my first Ferrari from Ferrari of San Francisco when the dealership just opened and nearly 20 years later and after the most recent purchase I can attest to the high standards, great customer service/availability and the commitment to exceed expectations. More
