I had only planned on looking at a vehicle in order to make an informed purchase later. Jeff answered all my questions and was able to satisfy comparisons to competitors vehicles without me leaving the de make an informed purchase later. Work was completed in a timely and professional manor. My issue would be with appointment times. I make an appointment for Monday and my vehicle was not looked at until Wednesday. Oil change on my 2018 impala I gave instructions for them to not rotate my three different times in person they wrote it down then on the computer. Then a tech came and asked me a I gave instructions for them to not rotate my three different times in person they wrote it down then on the computer. Then a tech came and asked me and I told him not to rotate. When it was done in one hour and 40 minutes later witch is terrible. They rotated the tires. I have called the manager three times and he has still not called me back witch is unsatisfactory. I went up there yesterday to get them to rotate back and they said they was to busy!!! I filled out a lot of people I don’t know just to complete the survey. More
