Everytime I come in there for one thing you all find something else. Last week after coming in there for a fuel injection you said I needed a new air filter too so I let you all replace it. Then the woman comes back and says the service department said I need new tires! I asked, how so when I don't even have 25,000 miles on my vehicle? She said, 'Let me ask and I'll come back. When she returns she said, ' Services said your tires may be good for another year? When I got my $305 receipt they had already priced the tires at $1100 and an alignment of $139 that I did not ask for! I am so sick of these dealerships looking for ways to make more money off of paying customers especially older women!!!!! More

Was very disappointed in the information I was given as to how long the job would take. I was told the work could be completed on Wednesday but it would need to be sealed and kept overnight and I could get to how long the job would take. I was told the work could be completed on Wednesday but it would need to be sealed and kept overnight and I could get the car on Thursday. But that didn't happen. On Thursday I was told it would need to be kept over the weekend. With Memorial Day I was finally able to get the car on Tuesday. I asked to speak to speak to someone in charge (over the phone when I learned this) and I was transferred and had to leave a message for my call to be returned. It never was! More
