On our first visit the salesman would sell only at full MSRP, and didn’t tell us about cash payment Lexus rebate. I’m very disappointed with new purchase of our Lexus car. The salesman, Jeff, stated he needed just an hour to have our new car ready for pickup and we actually gave him three hours and it still wasn’t ready The salesman, Jeff, stated he needed just an hour to have our new car ready for pickup and we actually gave him three hours and it still wasn’t ready.
