First let me start off how impressive the Dealership looks. I receive great Customer Service. In no way did I every feel pressured into buying anything. The staff are all welcoming and patient. I will recommend this Dealership to my family and friends. I as well plan to return if the Lord says so. Thank you Westside Lexus for taking good care of me. I might add Jeff Jones is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He did an outstanding job with explaining all there is to know about the Lexus ES. I am new to Lexus and I appreciated him taking his time to explain the ends and outs about the vehicle even when it was time for him to go home for the evening. Very Satisfied Customer! 5stars More
