We were happy with the vehicle, but didn't notice a few small details on a quick inspection. I had an appointment setup fairly quick to get it into the service dept by next week. My man Jeff Jones is the man. He and his team got me in/out in a timely manner and got my happy with the details I wanted addressed. Jeff really bent over backwards for me and I'm forever grateful. I recommend you check out Future Nissan and talk to Dave Cooley in Sales and Jeff Jones in Service. Thanks for my Murano guys. More

I had to wait until 2:30 for the oil change to be done. And he canceled the car wash without my permission, so I had to wait for another 30 minutes. He never apologized. Very rude. He should not be working for Nissan. I was not given A service report. More

Unfortunately, I had to move out of state for school and I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from Bill Zupo at Future Nissan and had amazing experience. Unfortunately, I had to move out of state for school and used a different Nissan dealer for service, Autonation Nissan. I must say that I am missing out on the exceptional level of customer service provided by this dealer and Jeff Jones. I had a question about the warranty I purchased on my vehicle in 2014 and Jeff provided all the details I needed, and more. He even answered my question about a specific repair and whether or not it would be covered in my warranty. Jeff went as far as to provide me his direct line and told me to give him a call if I had any trouble. Thanks for the help Jeff! - Ryan More
