When I brought my Maverick in for an oil change and recall update, I was not impressed with the fact that my vehicle was there from 10:00 to 4:15 and only the update had been done and the vehicle was h recall update, I was not impressed with the fact that my vehicle was there from 10:00 to 4:15 and only the update had been done and the vehicle was handed over to me as being completely finished! However, I brought it back to the service department with following Monday at 7:30am, and explained that I had checked the items that had not been completed. I got an apology for the service advisor and they did all of the following: changed the oil, rotated the tires, rechecked fluid levels and replaced the tab notifying me when my next servicing should take place. In other words, they made good for me. More
