I just picked up my new red 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Bozard Ford and could not possibly be any more pleased with my experience!! This dealership is HUGE! The facilties/service/parts areas were all imm Bozard Ford and could not possibly be any more pleased with my experience!! This dealership is HUGE! The facilties/service/parts areas were all immaculate and well organized.There are plenty of cars/trucks/SUVs to look at and choose from. The staff was wonderful and the car was perfect! For anyone who hasn't checked out the new Ford Fusions, you really should. The car is amazing! At Bozard Ford, every single staff member I came into contact with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Even Jeff King, the VP/General Manager, stopped by several times to make sure everything was running smoothly! Henry Rowe, the Sales Guide, spent a lot of time with me thoroughly explaining the options and features on the Fusion...there are a LOT! He gave me his cell phone number where I can always reach him with any future questions, which I truly appreciated. A.J. Miller, was one of the finance guys I've ever met. He was quick, efficient and made the whole dreaded paperwork process relatively pain-free. I absolutely, without a doubt, would recommend Bozard Ford for any of your vehicle needs!! My husband has used a local Ford company for his Ford fleet truck needs in the past, but after my experience the other day, Bozard will definitely be getting his business in the future. I think the professionalism and level of customer care I received was well worth the few extra miles we have to drive to get to Bozard! Thank you, BOZARD FORD for a WONDERFUL experience!! I will DEFINITELY be back!!!!!!! More

The Bozard Ford Team was absolutely fantastic. The customer service from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new car (and really still) was/is outstanding. Anthony Cruzad customer service from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new car (and really still) was/is outstanding. Anthony Cruzado, could not have been more patient with me as I flip flopped between the SUV and Sedan option. He laid out all the benefits of both let me test drive both. He explained all the features of the new car before I left the dealership so that I didn't drive away clueless on how to use the great new technology that it came equip with. Terry Seymour and the finance team were super helpful, explaining all the paperwork and even found additional savings. General Manager, Jeff King oversaw the buying process and made sure everything ran smoothly as well as Letti and Bo Bozard who I had met through some community involvement in the past were also helpful to me in making the right decision. I will be encouraging all my family and friends to Bozard Ford Lincoln when they are ready for new vehicles. More

I am a repeat Ford Product buyer, first time Bozard Ford customer. I showed up one day to test drive a new 2013 Ford Fusion. Stephen Purdy, Sales Guide, showed me all about the car, went for a test drive. That initial visit was great. I highly recommend Stephen. I decided on a model and color I wanted. If Bozard Ford does not have the car you want in stock, they will get it from somewhere else asap. Price point is by far the best of any automobile dealership, period. I love my new 2013 Ford Fusion. When Bozard Ford says that they want you - The Customer - to be completely and absolutely satisfied, they really mean it. Bozard Ford redefines the term "Service after the Sale". That commitment starts at the very top with Bozard Ford: Jeff King, Thom Workman, George Clark and Stephen Purdy. The dealership's staff was very helpful in finding a car for me that met all my needs (gas mileage, safety, etc) at a price that was affordable for me. In addition to that, after the purchase was made, the staff still made me feel like a valued customer. They spent hours going through the features of the vehicle and answering all of my questions. Since my purchase, the dealership and my salesman Patrick have stayed in contact with me to ensure my satisfaction. This was my first car buying experience and they really helped me understand and be comfortable with everything that was going on. Great customer service! More

I was given all info necessary to help make my selection. My daughter has a Ford Focus and I have an Edge and have been very pleased and the sync system has been great. When I moved to FL, we went to Bozard because it was close. I didn't realize how lucky that was until later. We brought cars from our prior location (didn't buy them from Bozard) and they took care of close. I didn't realize how lucky that was until later. We brought cars from our prior location (didn't buy them from Bozard) and they took care of us like we did. They gave us good service, shuttled us home and back to pick it up, washed it and so on. I work a lot of long hours for my job and one day I just barely made it before they closed to drop off my vehicle for service. Unfortunately the person who drove the shuttle had gone and I was left with the choice of walking home, trying to come back another day (which would have been impossible with my work schedule) or calling for a ride (which isn't always easy to do on a work day). That's when I met Jason Leeber. He saw me outside trying to work this out and told me to wait for a minute. He walked inside and came out shortly after with a ride home. He is a salesman. He had nothing to gain from helping me out because my car was in service but he did it anyway because that is the kind of people that work there. Fast forward several months, my wife is now pregnant with another child and we needed a bigger vehicle. We had been shopping for a long time trying to find the best deal on used cars. Even with the internet, today's economy and so on, I was really surprised by how little of a discount was being offered on used cars in general. To make it even tougher, we were out of time and needed to find a vehicle ASAP. Someone at work told me about a trustworthy person that he knew personally named Jeff King. I called Bozard trying to make contact with Jeff (or Jason again) to see if he could give me some info or find me a used vehicle that met my needs. He wasn't there at the time but I spoke to a Manager named Bryan Wilson. He was friendly, upbeat, on the level and offered to try and help me work with Jason on a search. Within hours, they had found a few options. What surprised me more was that because of incentives and everything, they were able to find us a NEW vehicle that was going to be close in price to a used one! They even went as far as to trade with another dealership for the car so they could bring it here for me to see/test drive (within like 1 day...it was really impressive). The vehicle was great but didn't have every option that we wanted on it. Bryan and Jason were able to work with another person name Angela McManaman in the service department to get virtually everything we wanted added on. I mean everything DVD headrests, remote start, all weather floor mats, down to the specific tires that we needed for driving in the snow since we were traveling north this winter. While they worked on the details of the deal, my son kept going to look in one of the offices off the main lobby area. I later found out it was because there was some sports equipment and memorabilia in there. The person who worked in that office (Tom Workman) was so kind to my son. He gave him a little toy truck that my son played with happily the rest of the time we were there. They all really went the extra mile so that once we were done, it was exactly what my wife wanted and what we will need to keep our family safe for a long time to come. As if that wasn't enough, I got a phone call yesterday from Mr. Workman. As it turns out, he is the General Sales Manager and he was calling to see if there was any way they could improve on the experience. He told me if we had any questions, concerns or needed anything that I could contact him directly and gave me his cell phone. I don't know what anyone else is used to as far as a car buying experience but to me, it seemed like a top 1% kind of experience. I would highly recommend all of the people I worked with. More

I can only assume that this is because of the talented leadership and the inherent dedication to professionalism by all Bozard Ford employees. My visit on September 28th started with the service department. I live in Jacksonville and previously would take my car to other Jax Ford dealers for routine service and/or warranty work. However, I decided to give Bozard Ford's service department a try even though it is 30 minutes away in St. Augustine. I met with service advisor Alex Vecerkovic. Alex listened astutely to my service concerns and made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was at the right place for work. Stephen Purdy has been my primary point of contact at Bozard since Jan. 2010. Stephen is a very personable and pleasant individual. His product knowledge seems to be without limits. If however, he doesn't know the answer to a question he will personally introduce you to the person who can answer your question. I have visited the dealership several times in the last two and half years for research purposes on trucks, suv's, and other vehicles. Stephen is always courteous and takes the time to help me; even though he knows that I am not "buying today". I never felt pressured or feel like I am a "mark" for him to meet his or the companies goals. He genuinely wants to help you with your specific needs. Without a doubt, one of a consumer's primary concerns when purchasing an automobile is the best price. Did I want Bozard Ford to give me a vehicle? Yes, that would have been wonderful. Unfortunately, this is the real world and that did not happen. However, we were able to reach an agreeable price that was fair to both sides. Stephen Purdy was the reason I decided to drive 30 minutes out of my way for service and to again purchase from Bozard Ford. It was Stephen Purdy who also introduced some very pleasureable and fun people like: George Clark, Frank Lipko, Ed Roberts, and Russell Wright. Additionally, I really enjoyed the banter with General Manager Jeff King and Finance Manager A.J. Miller. I would like to think that my business relationship extends beyond money and facts with the individuals at Bozard. Lastly, I was also made aware that Mike Barfield's health has deteriorated.
