I really don't want to limit my compliments to only Jeff Parks but rather include the entire dealership for the following reasons: When arriving in the lot I did not get treated like a piece of dead meat a Parks but rather include the entire dealership for the following reasons: When arriving in the lot I did not get treated like a piece of dead meat and have sales vultures swarm me. I was helping my friend and co-worker replace his faithful 15 year old Ford truck, and I was involved in researching Ford dealerships in the North florida area. I contacted Bozard Ford Lincol faithful 15 year old Ford truck, and I was involved in researching Ford dealerships in the North florida area. I contacted Bozard Ford Lincoln, and talked to Jeff King, the General Manager. I explained the situation, and Mr. King was able to meet directly with my friend. The selection was the largest, and the price was perfect. Mr. King took the time from start to finish to expedite the delivery of the perfect Ford truck for my friend, and my friend is very happy about the Ford truck, the price, and the service. Mr. King, and Bozard Ford Lincoln made my friend a very happy Ford owner, and that made me feel great and look great too. Thank you, Jeff King, and the entire Bozard Ford Lincoln Family. More

I have lived in this town for 32 years and bought my first Ford from Bozard in 1985. Since then my 5 boys have grown up here and now are driving. We use Bozard Ford not only to buy vehicles, but even th first Ford from Bozard in 1985. Since then my 5 boys have grown up here and now are driving. We use Bozard Ford not only to buy vehicles, but even the vehicles we own that are not Ford are serviced at Bozard because they out perform all the other car dealers in the area. Believe me, I have at one time or another, dealt with all the car dealers here, so I know who the best is in all around customer satisfaction. That would definitely be, Bozard Ford. More

I've dealt with Bozard Ford for the last 10 years. They have serviced my 2002 Explorer, which I still have, and my 2008 Lincoln MKX, which I just traded in on a 2013 MKX. I have always had a great experience with the sales staff and the service department. My recent purchase is a case in point. I contacted Bozard from my home in Georgia and began to tell Henry Rowe, Mike Barfield, John Moon, and Jeff King what I was looking for. They responded immediately -- more than once in fact -- and Henry Rowe met me at the appointed time and helped me narrow down the search. He is an exemplary employee of the firm. He was attentive, understanding, informative, and pleasant. I found everyone I encountered to be equally helpful. There is an atmosphere at Bozard I've never encountered elsewhere. Everyone is so congenial and it makes the customer feel very much at home. More

First. What a beautiful show room. Clean, great staff. Now let's get into the details. Greg McDonald and Jeff king were beyond helpful. Not at one moment did I feel pressured to buy. Once we narrowed down the options on my 2012 F150, we ordered it. It wasn't an easy find, but they were able to track one down. I can not say how happy I am with the help Greg gave me, he truly is a great sales person. Jeff King in my opinion is the best GM in the business. What a great team bozard has. Congrats!! More

Tom and Jeff both assisted in my finding the right vehicle. I had a couple of models in mind and they showed me all the features of the vehicles so I could make my decision and when the right color c vehicle. I had a couple of models in mind and they showed me all the features of the vehicles so I could make my decision and when the right color combinations were not available they were able to find one locally that met my criteria. I didn't get the name of the finance manager but he was thorough and expediant in handling the paperwork which was appreciated. Tom gave me a good intro lesson to the technology and offered future assistance which I may need. One of the reasons I went to Bozard, was my past experience with both Ford and Bozard, especially in the service area and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks. More
