Answer any and all inquiries in a time. False Leased a Ram pickup in the fall of 2016. Had a great sales person, but he left the dealership. 2019 Ram Limited I was originally scheduled to meet with Jeff Kunshier to go over a 2019 Ram Limited. Jeff was busy with another client and asked if it would be ok if I was originally scheduled to meet with Jeff Kunshier to go over a 2019 Ram Limited. Jeff was busy with another client and asked if it would be ok if we worked with Eric instead. Eric was knowledgeable about the Ram I was looking at as well as the financing portion. He took the time to explain in detail leasing a vehicle vs outright buying one and the pros and cons. My only negetaive that I have is that when I made the appointment online several days prior I specifically asked to see a certain Limited Ram. Well I saw it, but my first impression was rather negative. The vehicle wasn’t washed and it was a little hard to actually see what “steel metallic” actually looked like. This obviously had nothing to do with Eric in regards to having it washed as he was handed the keys to the vehicle at the last second. My only other complaint was that after I decided to purchase the vehicle I had asked to have the “ Jeff Belzers” stickers removed. No offense to Jeff Belzer, but I like to keep advertising to a minimum. The stickers were not removed. Not a big deal as I was able to remove them like I have on all the other vehicles that I have owned. All in all Eric was great, financing dept was great, Sean Hornig very helpful, and I was sold a very clean truck at the end of the day and I’m glad to have been a Jeff Belzers customer. More
