I do want to point out that Eric, Jeff, and Andy was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the best Lets get the negative things out of the way. I do want to point out that Eric, Jeff, and Andy was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the best possible deal for my new Kia Stinger that I bought. The only issue I had was when I actually went in to pick up the vehicle. It was not clean and you can definitely tell that whoever was suppose to detail the car did not do it well. It was very apparent that all they did was run my car through the car wash. There were definitely dirt all over the lower side of the car and the back bumper and the engine bay had dust and dirt covering the side wall. Not to the mention the plastic wrap that was still sticking to the car handle which made it seems like the paint was peeling. Also, whoever was suppose to put gas in my car neglected doing that because I had only 5 miles on the car before it ran out of gas and had to point it out before someone noticed. I do want to point out that Stephen who was handling the delivery of the car helped out by taking my car to get it detail again. Although at that point I just wanted to get my car and be done with it. Now, I do want to point out that this has nothing to do with Eric, Andy, or Jeff. Lastly, I do want to point out that I love working with Eric. His work ethic showed that he cared about my car buying experience and wanted me to truly be happy with what I was purchasing. I appreciate him reaching out to me after everything to made sure that I was happy with the car and to let him know if I had any concern. That itself shows that he cared about his customer. Very friendly, courteous no-pressure dealership I initiated this process online and even from the beginning it was a no-pressure experience. I was in the market for a full-size truck. I wanted eith I initiated this process online and even from the beginning it was a no-pressure experience. I was in the market for a full-size truck. I wanted either a Chevy Silverado, GMC sierra or Nissan titan. I had reached out to a Nissan dealer through their online portal and they immediately requested so much personal information even after I simply asked a specific question, they would not answer. After I scheduled a time to visit Belzer I met with Jeff Kunshier who gave the option available to fit my price window. I scheduled a follow up visit since I didn’t have more time that day. When I returned we found out my credit wasn’t good enough to do the lease special with zero down and in my payment window. However, they proposed how we could purchase new with a longer loan to stay in our payment window. The rest of the buying experience went smoothly and we didn’t feel pressured to purchase add-ons or accessories although all options were described so that we knew what was available. More
