He walked us through ordering our new truck from the plant just the way we wanted it. He spent the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. He even ensured we got a military discount for being a veteran (Didn't get that with a 2016 purchase from another dealership in town). Since we are an hour away from Pete Moore, we made an appointment to test drive the car. Upon arriving, Jeffrey Lee met us and helped us through every step of the process, from test drive to taking possession of our new car 3 days later. He was extremely responsive when I emailed a question or concern. I usually received an answer within minutes. We have absolutely no complaints, and we feel we got a great deal also!
