James Thurkettle is amazing to work with My wife and I are are expecting our first and we figured it was a great time to upgrade my vehicle. With the expenses of a new baby, we were very specific on what we wanted to spend and still get a reliable vehicle. James was able to help us pick out the perfect car and still get us the trade in credit we needed to be able to afford it. Fast forward two months, I was involved in an accident and totaled the car. Thanks to James strongly suggesting GAP coverage, we didn't lose any money out of pocket and he was able to get us into a very similar vehicle with zero down and only a couple dollars more a month. They are even helping us get everything submitted to file the claim for our GAP coverage on the old car. We've had more than an excellent experience working with James and Jeff at Berger. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks James and Jeff! More

Customer Service - I was welcomed with prompt, courteous service from the moment i stepped in the door. I was early, and my sales consultant was not at his desk when i arrived, but he was paged, and showed service from the moment i stepped in the door. I was early, and my sales consultant was not at his desk when i arrived, but he was paged, and showed up a moment later. Quality of Work - Everything that was necessary to bring my sales transaction to a successful conclusion was handled with good organization. The pauses between segments were filled with friendly & meaningful conversation about the deal we were pursuing, providing me with assistance and direction when needed. Nothing was done out of order, had to be repeated, or was unproductive. i felt like everything we did had a purpose, and it was done in a logical sequence. When other team members were called upon to play their role, they did so with alacrity and proficiency. i found each person involved to be knowledgeable and personable. Friendliness - to me, friendliness coincides with knowledge and experience. if someone is friendly but inefficient, then, well, being "friendly" just doesn't carry the day. Each of the three persons involved (Jeff Draft as the sales consultant, Jeremy Rhoton as the sales manager, and Jeff Mariner as the business manager) treated me with respect and seemed focused on making sure i understood each step of the process, addressed any questions i had, and though everyone was busy multi-tasking, i never felt rushed or insignificant, nor was i made to wait beyond what was reasonable. Overall Service - I spent most of the time with Jeff Draft, my sales consultant. i couldn't have asked for a better partner in the process. Some people are nice because it's part of their job requirement -- and you can tell it just doesn't come natural to them. Jeff, on the other hand, was perfect, in doing what i asked, providing what i needed, and initiating those things i needed but didn't know i needed. i never felt like i was being "pitched", but more like, "we have something that would be helpful to you, and i think you'll like what i'm about to suggest." turns out, he was right, and i'm glad he called. Price - well, you do the math: i got more car than i figured i could get, for a better price than i would have thought, and for a lower interest rate than i believed i'd qualify for. i have no problem recommending people go to berger for their transportation needs ... especially if they are fortunate enough to work with jeff draft, jeremy rhoton and jeff mariner. thanks, berger. Bryan went above and beyond in assisting us with answering our questions, letting us test drive multiple vehicles and thoroughly discussing warranty programs.
