I would like to say that my salesman was the bomb. this was my 2nd dealership that I called inquiring about a car that I saw when I signed up for Capital One Navigator. The first car lot a called and was e was my 2nd dealership that I called inquiring about a car that I saw when I signed up for Capital One Navigator. The first car lot a called and was explaining that I had questions about one of the cars that I like and I would definitely be in Thursday which is my payday with my $1000 deposit. The salesman took my number and told me that he would call me Thursday. Something kept telling me to call my 2nd choice and just ask questions, so I did. This time Jeffrey Martinez answered my call and I explained to him that I only had questions and that I would definitely be in Thursday. Jeff asked me and I quote "I'm not trying to be in your business, but do you mind telling me why you need to wait until Thursday. I told him that I get paid then and I would have the $1000 down payment. Mr. Jeff said so what if you could get the car today with no down payment. I said I would definitely love that, he asked me what time could I come see him and I said I don't get off till 7pm. Mr. Jeff said we close at 7pm but I will wait on you. I asked could you just take my information and I will send you what you need to get the process going. When I tell you that Mr. Jeff kept it 100 with me thru the whole process (even though we had a snag, insider between the both of us) this man is a blessing to your company with his compassion and awesome customer service. We started at 1pm and I went to the car lot at 4:40pm and was thru signing my paperwork and driving off the lot before 6pm with my 2022 Honda CR-V with 6 miles on it, with no down payment (it have 4 and I drove it around the lot for the other 2). I am so happy, not to mention that he took his time and went over everything in the car and made sure I understood. Mr. Jeff definitely understood the assignment. Now let me talk about the Finance Manager who was so funny and made sure I understood each document that I signed. Last the Sales Manager who came and congratulated me, such an Amazing Team and I'm so Proud that I am apart of the Classic Honda of Midland Family. Thanks for the wonderful experience. More
