I have lived most of my life in Kansas City . I have worked for 2 Ford Dealerships for the last 28 years. I started at Rob Sight in September of 2006 it was a brand new facility with great potential, growth and excellent reputation. There are many people who have worked here for 15-20 years. I enjoy spending my time off riding 4-wheelers and attending sporting events with my son Jeffrey Jr.

I would recommend this dealership. I was given excellent customer service. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I looked for a fair price on a quality used truck, found a great looking 8 year old F-150. After my test drive and completion of the paperwork we left with my first F-150. Next day a problem arose with the a great looking 8 year old F-150. After my test drive and completion of the paperwork we left with my first F-150. Next day a problem arose with the truck, this was a Sunday, could not do anything till Monday. Feeling upset and stuck with a truck I had to fix, out of pocket, I talked with the pre-owned manager. He was so willing to do whatever I wanted to resolve this problem. Needless to say, it was something minor, which the service dept. repaired and still gave me the option to get out of this deal. I finished the purchase of my new/used truck and will go straight to my, Rob Sight Ford for my new Ford in the future. First class group of people. This truck sure looks good in my garage! More

I've been coming here for 5 years & I've received great customer service & good quality work!!!! Anything that I ask them in the service department they always give me an answer & a few solutions as great customer service & good quality work!!!!
