I have lived most of my life in Kansas City . I have worked for 2 Ford Dealerships for the last 28 years. I started at Rob Sight in September of 2006 it was a brand new facility with great potential, growth and excellent reputation. There are many people who have worked here for 15-20 years. I enjoy spending my time off riding 4-wheelers and attending sporting events with my son Jeffrey Jr.

I have bought several vehicles in the past and this by far was the easiest transaction I have ever made. When they say "no hassle" they mean no hassle. The other thing I loved about this dealership was they did not keep calling or emailing me trying to get me into the deaelership as my wife and I were taking our time to buy the right vehicle. They really allowed me to initiate contact and only sent me a couple of courteous emails to check in and send me updates on new inventory that matched the type of vehicles we were interested in. I will always go to Rob Sight first for my vehicle purchases in the future and will recommend them to all of my friends and family, they know how to treat customers! More

Rob Sight Ford provided us with an extraordinary experience when purchasing a vehicle recently. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and some of our experiences with sales experience when purchasing a vehicle recently. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and some of our experiences with sales and financing personel have been downright painful. Both the sales process with Jeff Morton and financing process with Tony Wright were very quick and efficient. Jeff was superior at picking up on how we as customers like to do business. Everything went very smoothly from test driving the vehicle to price negotiations. In addition, Tony Wright got us in and out of his office very quickly and respected our wishes when we stated we were not interested in other offers. I would highly recommend Rob Sight Ford, Jeff Morton and Tony Wright to others who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

What an UNBELIEVABLE experience, bought the used car I'd been looking for at a price I never thought I would find. Follow that with the professionalism of Win Glass and this was truely the best car buying been looking for at a price I never thought I would find. From the time we got out of our old car and into our new one, this was the most positive experience we've had at a car dealership. Win was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was very patient one, this was the most positive experience we've had at a car dealership. Win was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was very patient with us while we picked out several that we wanted to sit inside before taking a test drive. He never pressured us and respected our views when we said that a particular car was more than we'd planned on spending. Going into the Finance Department has always been a bad experience for us, as we've dealt with very pushy, money hungry finance guys and to have the GM, Rich Poe, as our finance guy for the day was an added bonus. He asked if we'd like to get an extended warranty and never got upset when we said that we weren't interested. Every person we came into contact with at this dealership was top-notch and even though it was a bit out of our way to drive there, was definitely worth the drive! We will definitely be back to Rob Sight! More

I recently bought a 2011 Ford Edge SEL from Rob Sight Ford. I had searched AutoTrader.com far and wide, and out of the entire country this dealer had the best value I could find. There may have been a Ford. I had searched AutoTrader.com far and wide, and out of the entire country this dealer had the best value I could find. There may have been a few other vehicles that were a few dollars less, but they had more miles. Anyway, I made an appointment with Jeffrey Hawkins and took a brief drive from Lawrence Ks. to look at the vehicle. I was very impressed with Jeffrey Hawkins, Jeff Morton and the rest of the staff at Rob Sight, as they were very easy to work with and made the care buying process very painless. There was no high pressure sales pitch as I have experienced at other dealers. The negotiating process went smoothly and I felt that they made a fair offer on my trade in and I felt confident that I was getting a great deal on a great vehicle! Part of my deal was an upgrade to heated leather seats as the SEL only comes equipped with cloth seats. Within a week they had my leather seats installed. They even provided a new Ford Focus to use as a loaner car while the new seats were installed. They even touched up a small paint chip that I noticed while the new seats were being installed, as well as having the vehicle detailed. Once again, the whole experience was seamless! About a week later, I noticed a factory paint error on the vehicle as well as some door and wheel rim damage that I neglected to notice on my pre-buy inspection. I called Jeffrey Hawkins and explained my dilemma as I was concerned that the door damage was now my responsibility. He told me to bring the vehicle in and they would take a look at it. I explained that I honestly did not see the damage and was not trying to get them to repair something that had happened to the vehicle after I bought it. Jeff Morton took one look as the damage and said they would make it right, and they did! Once again, my vehicle was scheduled for repair very quickly and once again, another new Ford Focus to drive while we were waiting for the repair work. The repairs took about 5 days and the work was fantastic! The damaged area looks brand new and the vehicle looks immaculate! I can't express how happy and satisfied I am with Rod Sight Ford and more specifically Jeffrey Hawkins and Jeff Morton. I will definitely buy from this dealer again, and will recommend them to everyone I talk to that is buying a car. Overall an A+ experience! More
