I personally have walked out of businesses many times because I'm not one to play games and feeling like "fresh meat" as soon as you enter an establishment is just not my thing. Having said all that, I had mentally prepared myself for such an event as I entered Village Volkswagen. However, It was not necessary. I had found the vehicle I wanted online, contacted Village Volkswagen and the rest was a piece of cake. The staff was friendly and helpful. Scott Hile was great. Really. He was available for any questions I might have had, but he gave me space, which is important to me. I am not one to be pushed or pressured, and there was none of that with Scott. Negotiations were simple and easy. At the end of the day, I drove away in a great car with a great price and felt great about it. More

I told him some of my ideas, and he helped me narrow down my search tremendously...making my car buying experience as easy as possible. Once I chose my car, Jeff and Jonathan did a great job getting me through the process of paper work and giving me advice. All three gentlemen were very kind and polite. They didn't care about anything but getting me out of there happy as can be! I highly recommend going to check Village Volkswagen. I gave the service the maximum '5 star,' but I definitely would give Andrew, and all three of them for that matter, a 10! I'm very pleased with my experience here at Village Volkswagen. More
