I was heading towards a completely different vehicle choice when I spotted Crown Kia up the road. My companion suggested we go in quick & check it out first. It was then we were introduced to Jeff who won us both over with his patience and willingness to listen to all of our gripes. He made it clear from the beginning that our entire experience was going to be our choice. We later met Justin who was just as pleasant and accommodating. Thus. I am now a happy leasee of a 2010 Kia Soul Thanks again Jeff! More

Never would I have guessed I would own 1 Kia, let alone 2, but Kia has stepped up their game. Their vehicles are stylish, have all the tech features you could ask for, not to mention their price tags beat most other brands, and they have an amazing warranty. As soon as I saw the Super Bowl commercial for the Telluride, I knew it was what I had been looking for...a larger size SUV that has a similar look to the Range Rover, with a reasonable price tag. I signed up for the Founder's Club and received a personalized offer good through April. My husband and I dropped by Crown this past Saturday to check out the Telluride in person. I didnt even think about availability, but due to the fact it was just rolled out, there were only 3 at the dealership. One was already spoken for and in process of being purchased, the second was not the model I wanted and the 3rd was not my color. Jeff, our sales guy had us do a test drive and I fell in love. Jeff offered to contact other local dealers to negotiate a trade to get the color I wanted. We made a deposit and left with the expectation that we should have the right color in the next few days. Monday Jeff called to let me know he secured my requested color and would be ready for me to come by to complete my purchase. Tuesday after work, we came in and finalized the deal. Jeff Perego was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and made sure I got what I wanted! Thanks Jeff! I would recommend Crown to anyone looking for a fair dealer that went above and beyond to make my car dream come true. More

Pleasantly surprised! Jeffry was the first person I met when walking in the dealership. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
