He sold us a Chevy Traverse today and somehow managed to be informative, helpful, and hilarious without ever slipping into that “let me talk to my manager” used car guy cliché. Mike didn’t sell us the Traverse—he introduced us to it like a proud matchmaker. “She’s roomy, reliable, and loves long road trips,” he said, and suddenly we were emotionally invested. Before we knew it, we were signing papers and wondering if we should invite him to Thanksgiving. 10/10 would buy a car from Mike again. Possibly even a boat. We trust him that much. More
