Service was outstanding along with customer service! I have been going to Ourisman Honda of Laurel now for over 20 years. I have also bought three vehicles at this location. But customers beware, in I have been going to Ourisman Honda of Laurel now for over 20 years. I have also bought three vehicles at this location. But customers beware, in the recent months, the finance place has gone to a new system where they charge you a percentage for using a credit card....this is absurd! Who has hundreds or sometimes thousands of dollars to pay for a service on a vehicle? The majority of folks don't have the cash available so they use credit to pay. Luckily, I have had the funds to pay with a debit card in my recent two visits. Thinking about it very hard if I need to take my two vehicles to another Honda dealer...maybe Glenn Burnie, MD due to this reason. Other that that, the place is outstanding. More

Mechanic’s work seems fine but the front service reception is a group of guys who are unprofessional. Everything they say is a diversion. Nothing is true. They say they will call, no call. They say reception is a group of guys who are unprofessional. Everything they say is a diversion. Nothing is true. They say they will call, no call. They say they emailed, no email. They say they will come get you from the waiting area, nope didn’t do that either. Not to mention the drop off envelope with all my information was ignored and the service paperwork was in my husband’s name. Even as I corrected this with the guy at the desk, they still sent this email to my husband. More
