I'M VERY GRATEFUL WITH JEFF RECKARDS FOR HELPING ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF BUYING MY NEW 2022 FORD EXPEDITION. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY CLEAR AND HONEST DURING THE PROCESS, UNLIKE OTHER DEALERS THAT TRY TO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF BUYING MY NEW 2022 FORD EXPEDITION. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY CLEAR AND HONEST DURING THE PROCESS, UNLIKE OTHER DEALERS THAT TRY TO HIDE THE FINAL NUMBERS/PRICE. HE ALSO EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKS IN THE VEHICLE AND SHOWED ME ALL THE OPTIONS IT HAS. HAWK FORD IN GENERAL, HAS A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FINANCE PERSON ( I FORGOT HIS NAME, SORRY) WAS VERY NICE AS WELL. IN GENERAL, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE AND THEIR SERVICE.
