This is the 4th Honda I've leased from this dealership and will continue to be a customer into the future. Alfredo Pimentel is the best - courteous, efficient, effective, answers all my questions and work and will continue to be a customer into the future. Alfredo Pimentel is the best - courteous, efficient, effective, answers all my questions and works with me to get the best deals. Samantha Montanez in Finance answered all my questions about Safe Lease and finances. I was in and out in about 2 hours! When I came back a few days later for my Registration and Inspection, Jeff Rumson and the folks in the service department were great and efficient as usual and are top rated in my book. Overall, Kelly Honda is my dealer of choice and I will continue to do business there! More

Waited 3 months for a part to fix the squeak from my front seat. After replacing some part, the squeak is even worse now. Not happy with Kelly Honda at all. First no one from Kelly could ID the squ front seat. After replacing some part, the squeak is even worse now. Not happy with Kelly Honda at all. First no one from Kelly could ID the squeak(I had been there 3 times with the complaint), then it took over 2 months of me calling to see if the part was in(they never called me )then on the way home from them supposedly replacing the seatbelt latch, the squeak is worse. I will not be buying a new car from then again. More
