My salesman Chad was amazing to work with, answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. But financing was a DISASTER. It took hours for us to finally be seen by someone in the financing departm my questions and was extremely helpful. But financing was a DISASTER. It took hours for us to finally be seen by someone in the financing department, and by “hours” I literally mean sitting there with nothing to do twiddling our thumbs for hours. Then when the car came out of the wash/detail department, the inside of the car still had mud in it. It looked like they just rinsed the outside of the car and that’s it. More
