I purchased an ionic Plug-in and Joe was great,! I was very happy with my experience at crestmont Hyundai. The ionic Hybrid plug in was not available in my state and other dealerships would not work I was very happy with my experience at crestmont Hyundai. He called 4 different states to make sure I got the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier! I felt that he really cared that I got what I wanted and put in a lot of time and effort to make it happen! Then after I arrived, he still didn't talk to me or even shake my hand after being escorted past him. More
