The only issue I have had with my new vehicle has always been the quality of the dealerships themselves. This is my second time coming to this location and since Jeff took care of me last time, I followed up with him. I'm sure there are lots of people he deals with daily however, I really appreciate the custom Jeff took care of me last time, I followed up with him. I'm sure there are lots of people he deals with daily however, I really appreciate the customer service he provides as he goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of and in this case it was no different he really made sure I was taken care as my car had to be in the shop for a few days so I really appreciated his hospitalality. Also Gilbert the tech that was helping him on my car was great again I really appreciate the videos that are sent over and more importantly the care they provide to make sure the issues are resolved I am not sure if he was the only tech that was working on my car however I do appreciate their work.
